Adrienne Atkins

Adrienne Atkins has worked in the telecommunications field for the past 18 years and brings an additional 17 years of Management experience in the role of General Store Manager for the Kmart Corporation.
As a Senior - Network Planning Engineer, Adrienne is responsible for the development and evaluation of network performance criteria and measurement methods. Adrienne conducts network architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies. These studies and forecasts traffic drivers to determine short and/or long-term capacity needs for wireless and wireline infrastructure. Adrienne is also responsible for recommending network architecture planning and network evolution strategy in support of corporate initiatives, customer demand, technology changes, economic and service reliability criteria; Evaluates new and emerging technologies for addition and/or application of software/hardware to existing network systems; Conducts economic and population growth studies to determine impact on network capacity and development plan projections; Develops simulation models and systems/information technologies for capturing system/network process data; Creates deliverables such as mgmt. reports, business cases, infrastructure deployment guidelines, 3 Year Plans, Plans of Record, Project Approval Letters, and Serving Plans; Works with key internal stakeholder and vendors as a point of contact for future business ventures and emerging services.
Adrienne has an A.A. in Fashion Merchandising @ Mount San Antonio College, B.S. in Telecommunications Management at DeVry University, M.S. at Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business Management, and a Nano Degree in Predictive Business Analytics at Udacity. Adrienne is currently studying Natural Sciences at Mount San Antonio College. Adrienne is also an active member of the following organizations AT&T WOMEN OF BUSINESS, AT&T Professional Engineers, AT&T Women of Technology, and Parents@Work,

Melanie Atkins has over 3 years of full cycle recruiting for the industry leading Fortune 500 company Compass Group USA. 14 years of Career Services experience working currently as an Assistant Director. Melanie works with students, graduates, and industry professionals assisting with employment opportunities. Skilled in presentations, training, resume writing, interview techniques, marketing, and employer relations. In addition, Melanie has worked for 9 years with many Industry professionals in the Culinary and Hospitality Industry.

Prior to Compass Melanie worked as an Associate Director for The Art Institute of California-Orange County, where she would partner with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Admissions, and Registrar regarding student persistence, graduation and new-student orientation events, graduation requirements, and perspective students. Melanie would also assist with training and implementation of policies and procedures set by EDMC which includes preparing statistical analysis reports relating to target goals, conduct career oriented advising to students and graduates for all Culinary Programs.

Melanie has a B.S. at Cal State University -Fullerton in Human Services and an M.S. at National University in Education Technology.
Jacqueline Pringle

The Healthcare industry - Working with adults with disabilities in the community for two years. These individuals develop their skills through volunteer opportunities in various areas of the community, fostering an enriched and balanced life. The mirror to this is her role in In Home Support Service for over 7 years as a Personal Assistant, one to one with Children with Disabilities.

Jacqueline has 10 years’ experience as a Preschool teacher and Assistant to the Director at Friendship Christian School. Jacqueline has volunteered as the Director of Children’s Ministry for five years at Praise Tabernacle Bible Church in Chino, Ca. She began her service as a 1st and 2nd grade Teacher for 2 years. These roles have put her in the lives of many children sparking the vision to be a catalyst in their lives spiritually and educationally.
Douglas Thigpen

Douglas Thigpen (Mr. T.) is the proud owner and CEO of (MLI) Motivational Learning Institute. The Motivational Learning Institute is a Non-Profit Organization which has been operating within the Walnut Unified School District for over 17 years. MLI has assessed over 3500 students to determine each child’s individual strengths and weaknesses in Math and Language Arts along with their actual grade levels.

MLI opened its doors in 1998 with approx. 12 students and has since grown to its current capacity of 30 students, some who whom have been on a wait list to enter the program. MLI teaches in an old-fashioned way where they instill traditional, yet respectful family values all while learning. Mr. T has a strong belief that children should also have spiritual motivation, so he has incorporated daily devotion within his programs parameters as well.

Since 1999 Mr. T has been teaching Science and Math at Suzanne Middle School in the City of Walnut and has been praised throughout the community by parents of current and former students. Mr. T earned his MS degree in Psychobiology at Pitcher College in the city of Pomona California.
Carmen Atkins

I have worked in the OGC office for over twenty years now as an Administrative Assistant, although recently I was promoted to Paralegal (corporate) and in that role I assist in the planning of Board meetings, i.e. The Lord Foundation and Al Mann Foundation. My focus is assisting my attorneys with scheduling meetings, telephone calls and various other duties as needed. I also facilitate having agreements/contracts signed for the university and am also a Notary Public. I am a USC Alum who is very proud to be part of the Trojan family and I am happy that you are on board with OGC. Fight On!
Joan Robinson-Berry

Joan Robinson-Berry has over 35 years of progressive global and domestic experience possessing a unique blend of “hands-on” engineering, operations, supplier management and program management experience. Recognized as a top leader in corporate America and innovative thinker who has an exceptional ability to apply business and analytical skills to exceed financial and technical results.

Recently retired as Senior Vice President and Chief Engineer for Boeing Global Services (BGS) responsible for “product and services safety; technical integrity, analytics and engineering for a $22 billion business unit.
​
Previously, she led a $6-billion-dollar global engineering and maintenance / modifications team for all Boeing government and commercial product lines worldwide. Prior to this assignment, she was VP & GM for Commercial airplanes in South Carolina with responsibility for leading the development of a comprehensive site strategy for 787 Airplane Production Operations, Engineering Design Center, IT Centers, Interiors Responsibility, Propulsion Center, and Technology Center. Prior to this assignment, she was Chief Procurement Officer-VP leading the overall strategy, contracting, daily management and development of the $8-billion-dollar spend.

Joan has received extensive recognition for her work in STEM and recognized as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Corporate American. Joan is a Technical Fellow and serves on the Cal Poly University Pomona Foundation Board, City of Charleston Business Advisory Board and Unaka Company Inc. & Valmont Industries Board of Directors.

Joan holds a MS in Engineering Management & Business Administration and a BS degree in Engineering Technology. She also received honorary doctorates degrees from Charleston Southern University, Allen University, and California Polytechnic – Pomona. Joan holds a top-secret clearance.

Joan is on the board of The Datalingual Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to expand the talent pipeline of African Americans in Analytics, Data Science, AI and other data-centric technologies.
Lancelot Arnold

Lancelot manages crews of technicians who engage in installation and maintenance, provisioning, dispatch, and testing activities at the customer site or a company location for POTS, Special Services, Designed Services, Data Services, U-verse or related power equipment.
Lancelot also reviews technician performance and provides feedback and coaching to technicians designed to address performance issues. Conducts safety and quality inspections to ensure high quality and safe performance by technicians. Identifies and removes roadblocks to safe and efficient performance by technicians. Works with Dispatch to ensure that work is effectively assigned. Ensures that technician training is complete.
Administers discipline to technicians and makes recommendations concerning long term suspensions or terminations of technicians. Addresses and resolves customer complaints or service issues. Receives technician grievances and resolves them at the step one level as appropriate. Handles other issues related to union matters, as necessary. Ensures that all functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet customer and company specifications. Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all operations with respect to installation support, service and major moves, adds, and changes.
